Leadership under radical uncertainty
Having worked with many aspects of the HR portfolio at global level, both strategically and operationally in many industries, in C-Level as well as board membership, leadership and radical uncertainty are two aspect of organisational development I am interested most – my research question will explore these two topics and their measurement in influencing performativity.
Originally from Brazil, over the past 21 years, I have been working, studying and living in many European countries (France, England, Scotland, Wales, Sweden and Denmark). My academic background is in Human Resources Manager (Pg/MSc) with (Executive) MBA attained from University of Strathclyde (UK) and Copenhagen Business School (Denmark), respectively.
I look forward to embarking on this exciting journey and furtherer my contribution to the discussion around the ever-changing measurement for successful leadership in organisations.
